weight loss pay out, is it too good to be true?

I am subscribed to get emails from www.favecrafts.com and recently got a FaveCrafts special offer emailed to me titled Women Wanted: Get Paid $1500 to Lose Weight. I clicked on the image to see if I would qualify for this special offer. It brought me to the following site: http://evaluatemyhealth.com/eval/P176/survey.asp where I filled out all the information and got down to the check the box that you agree with their terms. I clicked to read the terms which I have included below.

If you read the terms you will notice it says you have to request trials of ALL products they suggest you take. You must also take these products for a minimum of 90 days. You take a before and after pictures of yourself and email your story to them with all proofs of purchase, once verified that you bought 90 days of product and did not request any refunds for any of the products they send a check to all valid submissions. What I noticed about this offer first was that it said I have to request all trials they suggest and take products for 90 days minimum. What it did not say was how many trials I would have to buy and how many 90 day minimum terms of use I would have to go through. How much out of pocket money would I end up spending before getting paid to loose the weight? How much of the money they are going to pay me will end up just being reimbursement money for the products they had me try? Would I really end up making any money from loosing weight? Some may say loosing the weight would be reward enough, but really if it was wouldn’t we all be skinny, loosing weight isn’t easy and lets face it money is a big motivational push.

The second thing I noticed was it mentioned sending in my success story of how evaluate my health helped me loose weight, it didn’t mention any where what happens if the products they suggested didn’t help me to loose weight. What happens if I try the products for the duration suggested and still don’t loose weight, or if I do I only loose 5pds? I find that although the payout is alluring the specifics missing from the offer deter me from the special offer.

Also taking all products for 90 days isn’t always realistic, what happens if the product makes you sick. What if you end up being allergic to something that’s in one of the products and can’t take it? Are you just out all the money you already spent on all the products you tried by their recommendations AND out the money at the end because of reactions to the products and your inability to take certain things?

What do you think?

junk cart

I was reading back through old post I have made and I found my junk thesis theory post. I said "I am officially on the look out for an old styled grocery cart that was originally used to tote all your grocerys home, but for which I will use to tote all my junk treasures home."

I forgot that I posted that or I would have updated on it sooner. A while back there was an ad on www.craigslist.com from a lady that said she had a garage full of stuff that she wanted gone. I had my sister call her and ask her about it and it was a ton of various things, but the bottom line was she wanted it all gone. Some people had already come and gone but there was still tons left over. We got the address and went when I got off of work. There was actually two garages full of stuff. My sister and I went junking through them both and actually found some stuff to bring home. My top two prizes from this junk day was an old vinyl red high chair

vintage highchair metal and red vinyl
and a yellow grocery buggy. So the search for the buggy is over.

YES!!

My sister got a job with the same company I work with, Wackenhut/G4S. It's a security company that contracts security personnel out to various different companys. It didn't hurt that I had her do a mock interview with my boss a while back when she was working on her GED. That definitly got her foot in the door. She had two rec's, the one from my boss because he did her mock interview and then the one from me. Even though she is my sister, a rec is a rec and it doesn't hurt that I have a clean work history with them. I have nothing bad in my file **knock on wood** all I have are emp of the month, recognition awards, security officer, leadership certificates, and a great team award from the client that G4S contracted me to.

The job is a part time job but it has the opportunity to get full time and picking up extra shifts here and there which works out. And it pays her at least $10.50 p/hr which is better than min wage, so even though it's only PT for now it still works in her favor since it pays more than any other job she has ever had.

Once she goes FT in her job her and I can get an apartment together, but in the mean time we get to work on bills. Before she can even start working on paying her debt off she needs to get money together to buy a car, in the mean time she is using our mom's car, but that is only temporary.

For me I need to pay off some bills, I have about $8,000.00 in c/c debt, then student loans, then medical and dental bills. I have surgery next Thursday to have my gallbladder removed and I think I will have to pay 20% of that which will suck, but it's better than having to pay 100% of it. I am having pain from my Gallstones, so surgery can't get here fast enough for me. I hope that I can last till then and not have to go into the ER and have emergency surgery. As it is I will be missing 3 days of work, and it just so happens to fall on a holiday week so that's one more day I am out of pay.

I filled out medical papers through the state to see if I can't qualify for a reduced medical/dental insurance through them. I know it will be a while yet before I hear from them, but I hope I hear soon. I have to cancel my work insurance by end of October or I am stuck with it for another year. Before then I need to get a vision test and make sure I use up all that I can of my current insurance, just so I don't lose out on anything that is covered now. Either way I can't go without insurance, so if that means I end up being stuck with it for another year, I guess that's what will happen. Will see, only time will tell.

Possible Thesis?

Surfing the Internet junk blogs here on B this morning and other websites like http://www.junkrevolution.com/ as well as http://www.junkbonanza.com/ I began to contemplate junk over all. Thinking of advertising on http://www.craigslist.com/ and any other small local paper that I will come get their junk. I would even pack up their parents home that they inherited. I would not muddle through everything I would just take everything. Figured I might get some junk that way. I think a good slogan line would be that ones junk is another's treasure.

Bare with me here I am not getting off track this has a point. The real thinking got when I started thinking back to some thoughts I had yesterday about a verbal essay on politics and the state of affairs we are in with regards to medical and education being at the forefront of my debate. I started visualizing my essay with PowerPoint visuals and a wand used to point to various things on screen. When I thought of using slide shows and holding the thing used to change slide, I think the top is red but the overall color of it was black. In any case I remembered the machine from the movie with Julia Roberts teaching women at an all girls academy and thought that using slides versus PowerPoint would be so old school. Not being bad just old school. Which brought me back to junk. And the prospect of possibly using junk as a thesis, I wonder if someone could truly use junk as their subject for their thesis paper in school. I would certainly love to have the opportunity just so as to have an excuse to peruse loads of junk. I would think it would be possible to do, you might need a good argument or you might be strongly urged against it.

I am far from a thesis paper but I look forward to using the time up till then as 'research' time for the actual paper. Who would have thought I would find a legit claim to all the time I spend looking at everyones junk. Now my goal is to start carrying a junk bag. My junk bag I am sure will evolve over time as has what I wear to flea markets, junk shows, antique fairs, and garage sales. I already have a hat which is m y favorite hat, but I never get a chance to wear it till I labeled, titled, or named it my junking hat. I make sure to bring with me sunscreen and an energy spray that gets sprayed under the tongue which helps with energy and appetite. I also bring hand sanitizer and tissue. Now I am thinking that I will add wet wipes and ziplock bags to the list as well as good walking shoes and an umbrella. What else shall I need? I may need to peruse some other junk blogs and see whats in their junk must bring tote.

I am officially on the look out for an old styled grocery cart that was originally used to tote all your grocerys home, but for which I will use to tote all my junk treasures home.

Hi

An Introduction generally starts your blog off. So much to say, try to make it short and sweet....

My name is Sarah Braun, I am 28yrs old born December 14th 1980. Starting out sounding like a singles ad if I lead into likes and dislikes? Lets go off to my not single status of happily attached to Mr.Anderson aka Cowboy as I affectionately have called him even before we started dating.

I have many addictions, some of them I hope to help pay for my habits as a happy wife and mother to many kids spending my time being a SAHM, but that's looking into the future. Till then I will practice these obsessive compulsive habits. To name a few couponing, frugal tip reading, diy tips and tricks, and crafts.

That's all to start, Ill come back at all sorts of random intervals, some not so random and more repeatedly than anything.
